7 Star Caviar
Imperial Kaluga Caviar
From $110.00
Large, amber pearls with rich flavor. A close relative to the famous Beluga caviar, evident by its similar size and buttery depth. Mild but refined. A statement tin for your best occasions.
Inquire to OrderCaviar is the salt-cured roe of sturgeon fish, prized for its delicate texture and complex flavor. Each variety offers a distinct taste profile — from the bold, nutty notes of Oscietra to the buttery smoothness of Italian White Sturgeon.
To taste, place a small amount on the back of your hand between thumb and forefinger. The warmth releases the full flavor. Notice the texture of the pearls, the brine, and the finish.
Serve simply: a mother of pearl spoon, chilled blinis or toast points, and a dollop of creme fraiche. Avoid metal utensils, which can alter the flavor. Let the caviar be the star.
All orders ship overnight via insulated packaging with gel ice packs, ensuring your caviar arrives cold and fresh.

How should I store my caviar? Keep refrigerated at 28-32°F in the coldest part of your fridge, typically the back of the bottom shelf.
How long does caviar last? Unopened, 4-6 weeks refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 3 days for the best experience.
Can I freeze caviar? We don't recommend it. Freezing damages the delicate pearl structure and alters the texture.
Is your caviar sustainably sourced? Yes. All our caviar comes from heritage sturgeon farms, never wild-caught. Every tin is fully traceable to its origin.
