Use of the Service

The 7 Star Caviar gifting service lets authorized gifting partners send recipient delivery links for perishable caviar gifts. Recipients use those links to provide delivery information and choose an eligible delivery date. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.

Perishable Delivery

Caviar is temperature sensitive. Recipients must choose a delivery date when someone can receive the package promptly. Delivery is currently limited to eligible United States addresses, and PO boxes are not supported.

SMS Terms

By providing your mobile number to 7 Star Caviar or to a gifting partner for gift delivery, you agree to receive text messages from 7 Star Caviar related to gift links, delivery scheduling, reminders, and support. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Partner and Recipient Responsibilities

Gifting partners are responsible for having appropriate permission to provide recipient contact information. Recipients are responsible for reviewing gift details, entering accurate delivery information, and receiving perishable packages on the selected date.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information, including SMS and mobile information.
